SUMMARY:   On behalf of the Navy construction program office, manage the mechanical acceptance testing process for a $2.7B, five-plus year military construction program in eastern North Carolina. Work as part of a team engineers to provide technical oversight for the design, installation, and acceptance of mechanical systems.   EXPERIENCE/CERTIFICATIONS:  - Professional Engineer and/or commissioning certification strongly preferred - 10 years of experience in design of commercial HVAC systems including controls sequences, equipment, and piping. - 10 years of experience in startup, acceptance testing and performance field verification of commercial HVAC systems equipment and associated controls systems.

MBP is looking for a Scheduler in the US east coast area with experience providing schedule development and/or review services on transportation, rail, and vertical construction projects.Proficient in Oracle P6 and experienced with one or more of the following: Microsoft Project, Phoenix Project Manager, or similar is preferred.

Possess extensive experience managing and inspecting construction work activities, with demonstrated increasing responsibility.  Experience may be in the following sectors:  federal, industrial, and/or commercial residential. Significant experience in the design and construction of large, multistory buildings including Government facilities and buildings, with knowledge and experience in all phases of a large construction project’s lifecycle.

EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION:  Experience inspecting construction work activities, with demonstrated increasing responsibility, of the same or similar type as that of the project to which the Construction Inspector II is assigned.  Experience may be in the following sectors:  federal, municipal, K-12 school, higher education, transportation, ports or marina projects.
