EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION:
MBP is seeking future design and construction industry leaders looking for growth opportunities and working on meaningful projects that support our community. For this position, we seek candidates with 5-10 years of experience in construction/project management to support MBP’s growth and advancement in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Experience in supporting the successful completion of new and or/renovation projects in education (higher-ed and K-12), healthcare, laboratory, data center, and/or federal or local government projects desired. Evidence of progressive career development and demonstrated expertise in construction management, project management, engineering design, or related fields.
MAIN DUTIES:
Duties include providing pre-construction and on-site owner representation for medium—to large construction projects, either as part of a team or working independently, depending on the size and complexity of the project. Responsibilities include managing cost, schedule, and/or quality on behalf of the client/owner. Typical duties include:
