EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE:
- B.S. in industry-related field preferred. Professional registration, other job relevant certification such as CCM, CCP, or advanced specialized technical knowledge. Detailed knowledge of construction, principles of construction management and project controls, with specialized knowledge in several areas including scheduling, cost estimating, documentation, contract administration, construction techniques. GUIDANCE/RESPONSIBILITY:
- Generally able to work independently and determine solutions. Receives overall guidance on emphasis and approach.
SUPERVISORY:
- Generally performs in supervisory role as well as self-performs analytical and management tasks.
SALARY: $110,000 - $150,000 per year
