What You'll Do:
As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will develop, implement, and maintain MBP’s Quality Management System (QMS) to meet industry standards and client requirements. You’ll lead and conduct internal and external quality audits, oversee the preparation and review of project documentation, analyze project records and construction data to identify quality trends, and collaborate with project teams to establish quality objectives and metrics. You’ll apply quality assurance techniques and analytical methods to solve problems and improve processes, ensuring the quality and timeliness of deliverables across all projects.
