EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION:
Do you have 7+ years inspecting transportation signals and ITS projects and a strong background with traffic signal/ITS installations, software/hardware integrations, and field inspection on roadway and bridge projects?
MBP is looking for a Construction Inspector II (Signals/ITS) to support traffic signals and intelligent transportation systems projects. The role is ideal for professionals with 7+ years of progressively responsible inspection experience in transportation signals and ITS installations who are ready to take on broader coordination and verification responsibilities.
What You'll Do:
Serve as a key field representative for MBP on traffic signal and ITS assignments, coordinating with contractors, owners, and stakeholders to verify quality and contract conformance for projects of moderate to considerable complexity. Provide guidance on systems/software integration and acceptance activities for Traffic Signals & ITS devices, and support decision-making by identifying issues, recommending solutions, and elevating risks as needed. Oversee daily coordination related to codes, specifications, and project objectives while facilitating communication among project participants and supporting client interactions.
