MBP is looking for a Project Inspector to join our team and work on meaningful and significant projects that support our national security. We seek candidates with 7 or more years of combined education and/or experience in construction quality management, especially those with a background in general construction, civil/sitework, and the installation of Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, and related systems. This is an opportunity for a challenging and rewarding experience supporting NAVFAC Marianas on the tropical island of Guam, located in the western North Pacific Ocean, between Hawaii and the Philippines. Along with miles of sandy beaches, coral reefs, mountains, and valleys Guam has 4,000 years of history ranging from the site of Magellan’s landing to Spanish Forts and WWII battle sites.
What You'll Do:
As a Project Inspector, you will represent the client on-site, overseeing quality assurance, documentation, cost control, and time management services. You will perform inspections, prepare reports, track deficient work, and communicate with clients, designers, contractors, and MBP personnel to ensure successful project completion. Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year
