MBP is seeking a detail-oriented Risk and Schedule Specialist to support the New Embassy Compound (NEC) project in Hanoi, Vietnam. This position is focused on data collection, analysis, and on-site support, serving as MBP’s liaison to facilitate efficient risk management and schedule monitoring for the field team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction), and an active final Top Secret clearance. Experience with the Department of State Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO) is strongly preferred.

Experience may be in the following sectors: federal, state, municipal, K-12 schools, water/wastewater, higher education, healthcare, data centers, laboratory facilities, transportation, ports, or marina projects. K-12 experience is preferred.
