EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION:  Minimum three years of construction work experience and basic understanding of construction means and methods for water and sewer projects.  Experience may be in the following project types:  large diameter water mains, large diameter sewer force mains, gravity sewers, bypass systems, pump stations, SCADA systems, line stops, sewer CIPP rehabilitation, manhole rehabilitation, directional drilling, jack and boring, and micro-tunneling.
