EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION:

SUMMARY: On behalf of the Navy construction program office, manage the mechanical acceptance testing process for a $2.7B, five-plus year military construction program in eastern North Carolina. Work as part of a team engineers to provide technical oversight for the design, installation, and acceptance of mechanical systems.  

EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION:  Experience inspecting construction work activities, with demonstrated increasing responsibility, of the same or similar type as that of the project to which the Construction Inspector II is assigned.  Experience may be in the following sectors:  federal, municipal, K-12 school, higher education, transportation, ports or marina projects.

EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION:  Extensive experience in construction management and leading contracts for construction engineering and inspection on road and bridge projects. Evidence of progressive career development and demonstrated expertise in leading projects or programs with a diverse team.  Experience managing contracts with VDOT and localities required.  Experience working with other heavy civil, rail or airport clients in Northern Virginia such as WMATA or MWAA is positive.

Evidence of progressive career development within the construction industry. Minimum of 6 years related experience
