SUMMARY:  Operates the day-to-day activities of the accounts payable process to ensure timely, accurate payments and excellent vendor and team member relations.    

MBP is looking for Lead Claims Analyst/Senior Claim Analyst*, with experience developing and/or providing review and analysis of construction claims, specifically related to delay, productivity, and cost impacts. Highly proficient in Oracle P6 and experienced with one or more of the following: Microsoft Project, Phoenix Project Manager, or similar. Occasional overnight travel may be required.   

EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION:  Extensive construction experience as a project manager or construction manager for a construction management firm, contractor, owner, developer, or designer.  Evidence of progressive career development and demonstrated expertise in leading large projects of project teams within the construction industry. Experience in the federal, laboratory, and/or mechanical experience desired.

EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION: Construction work experience or construction administration support experience preferred. Experience may be in the following sectors: federal, state, municipal, K-12 education, water/wastewater, higher education, campus, civil/site, laboratory facilities, transportation, ports, or marina projects.

EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION:  Minimum four years of construction work experience and basic understanding of construction means and methods for water and sewer projects.  Experience may be in the following project types:  large diameter water mains, large diameter sewer force mains, gravity sewers, bypass systems, pump stations, SCADA systems, line stops, sewer CIPP rehabilitation, manhole rehabilitation, directional drilling, jack and boring, and micro-tunneling.

Minimum of 10 years of construction experience as a building inspector, construction superintendent, and/or QC manager on projects of similar size and complexity as those expected.
