Experience in the federal, higher education, healthcare, or commercial industries desired. Experience in the delivery of data center and/or sensitive comparted information facilities (SCIF) strongly preferred.
Experience in project risk management and facilitation is required in addition to a minimum ten years of experience in the design and construction industry and evidence of progressive career development as critical path method (CPM) scheduler, cost estimator, earned value analyst, risk analyst, construction manager, and/or project manager. Ability to work and collaborate with construction managers, contractors, owners, and designers.

Experience may be in the following sectors: federal, state, municipal, transportation, stormwater, airports, transit, and ports or marina projects.
EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION:
Experience with commercial (non-residential) HVAC and/or electrical systems. Experience should include one or more of the following: design, construction, installation, operations and maintenance, testing and balancing, building automation temperature control systems, inspections, and troubleshooting operational issues. Must have an active role with a minimum of three projects (50,000 s.f. per project).
EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION:
Extensive construction experience on commercial, institutional, or government building facilities during procurement, design, and construction phases as a senior project manager for a construction management firm, contractor, owner, developer, or designer. Evidence of progressive career development and demonstrated expertise in leading large projects of project teams within the construction industry.
EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION:
Experience inspecting construction work activities, with demonstrated increasing responsibility, of the same or similar type as that of the project to which the Construction Inspector II is assigned. Water and sewer construction inspection experience desired.
MBP is looking for full-time schedulers for work at the Los Alamos National Lab to develop capital project schedules, perform reviews of contractor-submitted baseline and periodic schedule updates for compliance with specifications and overall reasonableness.

Provides project management oversight and support to other project managers during the execution of an asset management program for landside civil work projects valued in excess of $200 million over the next 5-10 years. Major responsibilities of this position include management of consultants and contractors, design oversight, procurement support, construction monitoring and oversight, coordination of tenants, business partners and other RDU departments, as well as a range of other responsibilities needed to ensure the successful outcome of projects.

EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION:
Experience implementing a construction quality management program on large, complex federal project, including leading a team of multi-disciplined engineers/inspectors. Experience with US Army Corps or Engineers/NAVFAC three phases quality management or similar process. Desired individual with have experience working on overseas construction projects using a combination of US, local and/or third country nationals. Experience constructing secure government facilities desired. Holds and active security clearance, preferably at the Top Secret level.
